PCH SOCIAL MEDIA
I spent 14 years at Publishers Clearing House (PCH), wrapping up my run as the Senior Designer for the Social Media team. Once I got my hands on the creative strategy, we saw a 63% spike in followers and a 40% surge in engagement. I didn’t just tweak things, I built a whole new design system from the ground up, developed a social brand guide, and created everything from high-impact campaign visuals to IG stickers and special event logos. My work didn’t just get noticed, it made an impact.

PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE
Publishers Clearing House (PCH) is an American direct marketing company founded in 1953 by Harold Mertz. Originally created as an alternative to door-to-door magazine subscription sales, PCH revolutionized the industry by using bulk mail to market periodicals and merchandise. In 1967, the company launched its now-iconic sweepstakes, which became a major part of its brand identity. Over the years, PCH expanded its offerings to include consumer products such as books, media, jewelry, and household goods.
Beyond traditional marketing, PCH operates several prize-based websites, including PCH Search and Win, PCH Lotto, PCH Games, and PCH Save and Win, engaging millions of users with interactive content. The company is also known for its philanthropic efforts—through charitable trusts established by its founders, more than 40% of its profits are dedicated to supporting community organizations.
